Southcoast Hyundai

I never written a review before but had such a great experience at this place!  I Went to many car dealerships before  I ended up at southcoast Hyundai,  and honestly best expirience I ever had! They where super friendly polite and extremely profesional. They listened to what I wanted and very patient, I felt like a valued costumer.  I defiently  recomend this place to anyone, they actually care about their costumers and dont push you into buying something you dont want or need and they are honest people.  I defiently recomend shawn Giles, extreamly friendly and a people person. 10/10 will defiently buy a car from this place again.

My Wife and I have just purchased the new Hyundai Palisade Ultimate. The best decision we have ever made. My only problem is that my wife wants to drive all the time now and I don’t get much of a chance at the wheel. Features like the Heads-up display (which is incredible), Driver assist and lane detection coupled with the differing driving modes make it such an awesome drive. The ride is so comfortable enhanced by the Nappa leather and plenty of room in the second and third row seating. The ventilated seats in the first and second row really work well in the heat of the summer. I particularly like the smart and sports modes. What surprised me was the inclusion of a remote start feature. Small things like camera views when indicating left and right show up in the instrument cluster to view your blind spots. There are so many more features, too many to mention in this review.

I would like also to commend all the staff at South Coast Hyundai from the sales to service sections as I have found them all to be so helpful. In particular I would like to extend a big thank you to Melissa Canady and Marty Evans who have helped in my recent purchase of the Palisade. Their attention to detail, honesty and efficiency cannot be faulted.

Bought my first Hyundai and Melissa was absolutely amazing. Very informative, patient, and super nice. I went to a lot of dealerships and the customer service at Southcoast was by far the best.

Just purchased our second Hyundai vehicle and couldn't be happier with the sales and service team! Quick turn around for our trade in, patient staff who took their time to answer all of our questions, and reassurance that we can go to them with any issues that we have with the new vehicle. The staff was extremely pleasant and went out of their way to help me find the right vehicle for me with the pricing I could afford. Thanks Mark and Marty for the great experience. The service department is also great to deal with, goes beyond when doing general maintenance on my vehicles. 5 star rating for sure!
