UniglassPlus / Ziebart

These guys are amazing. They go above and beyond. I originally went in to have a chip in my windsheild fixed. The manager advised me it is covered under my insurance and no deductible would need to be paid. They stayed late to fix the chip, and charged me nothing even though they couldn't get in touch with my insurance company that night. I came back today to have the underside of my vehicle oil sprayed and we got talking about having it waxed. During the conversation I mentioned a stone chip in my paint. They advised me to get the touch up paint from the dealership and they would touch up the spot after applying some rust buster on the spot. The paint touch up is not their job however the guy did it for me at no cost. These guys are the best. Thank you UniglassPlus / Ziebart at 321 Queensway in Simcoe.

EXCELLENT customer service; I would highly recommend Uniglass Plus in Simcoe. Windshield was ordered Monday and installed in my driveway the next day early afternoon. Doesn't get any better than that! Thank you!!

Went to Ziebart to have 2 spider cracks fixed so my son could use my truck to do his G test. Turned out there was a few more. Manager John fixed me all up. Decided to have the window replaced so John waved the fill costs. Thanks John. Will be going back in the future if needed.

I was very impressed with the superior level of customer service at this location.I took my car in to be detailed and didn't expect to be offered a ride home and to be picked up when it was completed. My interior was disgustingly dirty from my dogs etc and now it looks brand new. Mike and 2 other gentleman were amazing and the price was right.
