Sandbar On The Beach

Perch taco's were excellent, very large portions: we shared a serving. View from outside deck amazing. Would have been a 5 but there flies inside front door and wasps on deck.

I'm not a fan, but went while we were camping nearby. We go every Summer with the grandkids. The French onion soup was good. Salad was a bit blah. Service is good and they have a few parking spots which is unusual this close to the Lake. Need to update the menu. Lots of burgers, ribs and sandwiches.

Great food. Good service. Nice patio. Great prices. Definitely would go back. Have some local beers on tap.

Beautiful views of the water especially if you sit on their patio. It gets really hot, so make sure to find a table with enough shade! Lots of parking which is good because the streets are right with very restricted parking. Waitress we happened to have (brunette with tattoos) was very friendly, very accommodating when we wanted to switch tables due to the sun, and she checked on us often! Great service!!
Food:
Calamari - tasty but small portion.
WonTon Nachos - best thing we had there! Wasn't sure if I should get it but waitress said it was her fave and it did not disappoint!
Fish n Chips - Haddock, it says decent enough.
Slow roasted brisket - cooked on the premise, was excited to try, but it fell short. Not much flavour. Disappointed. Mash potatoes and veggies were tasty.
Perch Tacos appetizers - fish was good, tacos itself was basic. Light enough meal.
Would I come again? Yeah, for sure!

Had the burger special and it was very good. Hard to beat $12 for a tasty burger and a pint. Servers were very attentive and friendly. This surprised me actually because the place was packed and it was an extremely hot day. Great Job!
