The Gibbled Goose

Food was good, typical pub type fare. Service was pleasant and quick though it was a quiet evening. Only other opinions I can give is it doesn't scream "pub" atmosphere to me with the decor, and there was no background music or volume on the T.V. for background noise. It was nice for carrying a conversation but it was so quiet you could actually hear the fridge compressors running.

Great Fish and Chips. I have been multiple times and it is always good. One of our go to places for fish and chips. As for the rest of the menu i cannot comment because i have not had anything else on it. Staff is always friendly and great service. Decor is a little blah but thats not why we go there.

Floors need a paint job. Overall cleanliness was good. Food tasked great. Glass and Cutlery had dishwasher soap stain. Service was quick.

Great food and drink served quickly. Comedy Night was fun! Lorraine is an awesome host. The Shadow Lake Trail committee appreciates being able to meet there! (Y)

Love this little gem, great staff, owners on site. They always go over and above to make sure that your meal is perfect. My personal favorite is the Steak and Cheese sandwich with a side of Onion Rings. Also took all my staff and spouses here for a Xmas party 20 plus people they made everyone feel right at home... Will be going back on a regular basis best food in Waterford hands down!!
