(October 21, 2019, 8:41 pm)Seemed like I was either there to early or too late. Barely anyone there so it was kinda boring. I'm sure that was the case as I've heard great things about this fest from my ex girlfriend who worked at Waterford's only bar SWAZEES. So I guess maybe next year I will go back a little later and hopefully there will be some more people to make it more festive
