(April 13, 2020, 1:29 am)I like that I can order on-line and is dropped of at my door on a set schedule. They then follow-up with a notification of delivery. Always a prompt response via email; very courteous - no issues. The order sometimes sends samples, which has been a nice value added gesture. I've seen the odd clover in the hay, but no biggie - after all the hay is grown outside, in field, in dirt! I'm sure the Guinea Pigs don't mind the extra clover.
(December 2, 2018, 1:33 pm)I've ordered Timothy hay and rabbit pellets from them for years and have always been happy with the products and service I've received. They're friendly, arrive on schedule and it's a lot cheaper to buy local then from a pet store.
