We have been in our home for 3 years and totally satisfied with the builder Stephen Toby, from start to finish he is involved with every aspect, any concerns an email gets his attention right away, we received a binder with all warranties and the names and phone numbers of the trades that worked on our home. I have never had a builder go into the fine detail that Stephen does, we love our R-2000 home, we added a Pergola last summer that was done to perfection.
