Great book store! Andreas is a great friend, highly recommend going!
Fantastic store for books. So many that I love to brouse. Would love to be able to buy everything I found. There was enough to grab on to. Will certainly return.
Such an Amazing bookstore!! Absolutely everything I wanted my daughter and I to experience!! My daughter said that it was like walking into something she has only seen in movies. Nostalgic, warm, inviting and definitely one of our new Favorite places to go in Brighton!
Thank you so very much for having this store and for your great spirit!
Andreas is easy to talk to as well as very patient and helpful!!
What a cool store! We were drawn in by the glorious used book smell, we stayed for the massive unique selection. Found a few gems to take home and we'll definitely visit again because you really need more than one visit to take it all in. Also the owner was a delight.
My wife and I were camping nearby and decided to take a trip into town to visit the local used book store. We are avid readers and were looking forward to see if we could find some good reads.
We ended up with more than we bargained for. Not only was the store over run with books, it had a curious owner who was equally as entertaining as sitting for an hour with your favourite book. Chatting with Andreas was like a visit with the uncle that always had a great story to share. He could pull out your favourite book among piles and piles of paperbacks and hard covers. The store itself was like a rabbit hole that you were destined to get lost in.
The store is filled with current titles as well as rare editions or great classics.
So beware traveller. Assuming you have stopped here because you love to read, prepare to spend a few hours combing through the stacks. And talk to Andreas, there is no telling what story he will have to share with you. Well worth the time.
