Richard Voskamp Contracting

Richard built our custom home in 2016. We reviewed many different local contractors before selecting Richard. He completed our home on schedule and within the planned budget. He did a fabulous job on our home; the quality of his work was marvellous. Also we found him to be very involved and he had many useful suggestions along the way. Richard was very fair, honest and trustworthy. Thanks to him we did not get overwhelmed or stressed out during the construction. Instead we actually enjoyed the experience. My husband and I are both engineers and so "attention to detail" is very important to us. Richard took care of so many small details throughout the construction and consequently we had complete confidence in him. We have lived in our new home for nearly a year now and we continue to love our home. We have had a couple of small issues since we moved in and Richard has been very responsive in resolving these issues quickly and satisfactorily. We highly recommend Richard Voskamp as a contractor.
