Absolutely outstanding experience with them, I purchased a supervisa coverage for my parents from them in Jan 2018, I chose them after searching and checking the claim paid ratio and the underwriter (Everyone MUST check this rather than going for the cheapest available option you should always go for the best claim paid ratio and good underwriter).
My Mom and Dad came in Jan 2018 and unfortunately my Mom got a Heart Attack in Feb 2018 she was hospitalized and we ended up submitting a claim of about 70 K for her, sure the company asked for bunch of documents, history and many many other documents from us, the scrutinized every little detail we had put up in our application (This is their legal right), ultimately 100% payment was done after completion of Scrutiny.
In the second incident my DAD was hospitalized in BC again their was a claim of about 35 K, which was also paid after due diligence and scrutiny.
I am surprised to see one star reviews here, of coarse if you lied in your application or if you concealed anything to get a cheaper quote, if you are not able to submit all the required documents, you will not be getting the claim money, remember this is a Business not a Charity.
My take- excellent service, extraordinarily conduced due diligence process, good communication and you know what, In the end as my Mom and Dad got Canadian PR, the company even REFUNDED me 2 Month of premium , which is over 1500$.
I would STRONGLY Recommend this company for Insurance.
Thanks for everything, I ow my parents life to Canada and Canadian medical system and I own the Insurance company for ensuring no financial burden was there on me.
