Decided to go with Kettle Contracting. For marginally small difference, the work is excellent in addition to the quality and right product that were used. Also, process was clear, clean(no nonsense quote) and showed up as promised.

I couldn’t be happier with Kettle Contracting and the work that Dylan did. I own a few rental properties that needed some new caulking to revive the older windows. He came, gave me a fair price quote and booked me in for the following week. He removed all the old cracked caulk and cleaned everything up when he was finished. A great guy that does great work!
