Lisa is knowledgable, gentle and knows exactly what areas to work on even if you are not sure yourself. You body will feel balanced after treatment, it truly feels like I am free of any pain and stress afterwards. I’ve never felt more relaxed during a service and continue to follow her advice for stretches at home as well.
