they offer a great amount of different foods and all the staples plus u get a lot of food in general, they provide all toiletries from toilet paper to feminine products to toothpaste and floss even, hand soaps, dish soaps, laundry detergent and even baby foods, diaper and wipes.. and you can go every single week! huge help to so many! Only issue is the super long line up and often wait time so allow yourself an hour or try to go at closing time not opening time to avoid that

First come first serve. Large waiting rm area. Register for free. How much food/person is determined by the no. of ppl in your family.
There's a cold section where you're offered milk, frozen meats, veggies and pizza's and yogurt and margarine.
There's fresh produce and lots of canned and dry foods.
Even some local bakery's donate for families to bring home some sweet treats :)
Pet food and toiletries and baby items also can be available!!!
Very fortunate to have this great food-bank here in town, with lots of friendly ppl ready to help. SO grateful this is available whenever I need to go, especially rn with the cost of food always on the rise!
