Eric, the guy who initially made my switch to Rogers so painless, helped me activate a new phone that I bought elsewhere. He spent nearly 30 minutes making sure the transfer went smoothly and then didn't charge a cent! that what I call awesome customer service!

My wife and I recently upgraded our phones at the Rogers store in cobourg and had the pleasure of dealing with Lauren. She clearly explained our options and walked us through the process professional. Lauren answered any and all questions we had and completed the upgrade quickly.
