Staff are Always friendly and professional :) . A serious change that's 👌 and welcoming too 😀.
Awkward to unload at , can't get backed right up to bins due to concrete pad and then have railings around bins that everything has be lifted over. Poor design. Have been to the Oshawa facility can back right up to bin and no railing far superior!
Quick in and out. Only thing that ticks me off is being told to where a mask when I am outside of the vehicle by the staff in the small confined booth who are not wearing masks.. Was there 3 times last week and everytime there were 2-3 staff in the booth with no masks. Do as I say not as I do...
Very smooth and easy experience. It was quick and places are well defined. It's closer to Cobourg than Brighton.
Always easy to get in and out. Folks there are always friendly and fun!
