They company confirms times by a real person phoning to confirm your appointment and time. The plumber be easy going to be 20 mins. late and they called in plenty of time to notify me. I really appreciate that. Personal contact - where do you get that nowadays. Really raises the bar.

The technicians arrived within an hour and diagnosed and fixed the problem straight away. They took the time to explain the issue and how they fixed it. I have used Stadtke several times (furnace, AC), and I have always been satisfied with the quality, friendliness, and professionalism of the entire team. Thank you.
