Customer service at Paints was great. Not their fault, but those arrows are awful when you don't know location of items you want. Round and round, up and down. Could do to gave roving helpers in addition to kiosks.

The manager at Gilmer's Home Hardware in Port Hope was fantastic to deal with. I was unhappy with a major purchase and it was of no fault of the product or store, I had just not purchased the correct product for me and while they could have refuse my return, they did not. They took extra steps to make sure I left a happy customer. You really can't ask any more than that. I would highly recommend dealing with this location. All of the staff are excellent. Thank you for making my day. I will be back for sure.

I recently bought a BBQ online and due to the shutdown used the curbside pickup. Everything went great until they tried to load it into my car...it wouldn't fit, the box was huge. I arranged to have it delivered and it arrived about 2 hours later. Fantastic! But...I was charged $50 +HST for delivery. I live about 2km away and overheard them say that the truck would be in the area anyway. Don't get me wrong, I was told up front about the $50. My complaint is being charged for delivery on an item that was over $500. That is not right for a 2km dropoff. Should have gone to Amazon...free delivery on a similar item.
