Mackenzie Heating & Air Conditioning

I had my a/c replaced when I moved into my home and they did a great job. Just had to have them out a couple weeks ago to repair my furnace on a very cold day when I work up and it wasn't working. They were fast and not over priced as far as I'm concerned. So happy they were able to fix it so I don't have to buy a new one just yet. Highly recommend and will definitely use again is needed!

We’ve used Mackenzie Heating for over 20 years. Dan and his team have never let us down. They arrive as scheduled, and they are courteous and professional in their work. Over these years, we have had a few emergencies, and each time Dan himself has come out and fixed the problem. Once, a few years ago, we arrived home from a southern vacation after 2 AM, on a freezing cold winter night, to find our furnace wasn’t working. We called Mackenzie and Dan was at our house without complaint, within a very short time to repair the problem. That’s the type of service that creates customer loyalty.

Professional and Outstanding Services. Goes Above and Beyond! I had an issue with my sump pump that flooded my furnace and that was the root cause of my furnace malfunction. Mackenzie Heating & Air Conditioning sorted this out from end to end. I expected to be told to deal with the flooded basement and then they'd talk to me --> Not so! All dealt with wonderfully, professionally by Mackenzie Heating & Air Conditioning. I can't recommend them enough!

It took some waiting for a part but THANK YOU so much for coming out so quickly today I am very grateful !!!
