Tim Hortons

I go twice a day Monday to Friday when on my 15 minute break and almost always do drive thru unless they’re are more than 6-7 cars then I go in and do take out.
Today there were 8-9 cars and it took over 10 minutes to get served, watched 11 cars do drive through and only 3 people ahead of me inside the restaurant.
1 guy was going around wiping surfaces on both sides of the counter and I commend him for it considering COVID-19 but when people are waiting this long it’s a no brain decision to still serve people in a timely fashion.
Not only did I have to wait that long she forgot my hash brown. No apology for the wait or for forgetting my hash brown
I’d rate 5/5 but management needs to address priority of sufficient staff. Many locations this size have 7-9 people behind the counter including take out staff.
I have an extensive background working in restaurants so I do understand the nature of the business during busy times and present restrictions.

Friendly staff, Washrooms available. Wanted to have a latte but the machine was broken.
