Rob and Jeff at the Flue Crew were efficient, professional and honest. When we called to ask for a fireplace assessment for an old and unused fireplace, we expected to hear we'd need to make a major investment to get it up and running. However, after an assessment of the fireplace, chimney and liner, Rob gave us the good news that the fireplace was completely fine and ready to use. Not knowing a lot about fireplaces, we appreciated the honesty. Will definitely call them again!
