I have worked with Mark off and on, with respect to a number of projects around my century home, coming up three years now.

He has always been professional, courteous, respectful and responsible. He knows how to get a job done and isn't afraid to apply a little bit of elbow grease, if needed. He's detailed oriented and never once complained about any of the jobs (or my nit picky observations), no matter the degree of difficulty or nature of the job at hand.

If he hasn't done that type of work before he may have to research it ... and if he feels confident and capable, he will attempt to get the job done. But he will not take on work he knows he's incapable of doing and is upfront about it.

Most importantly, he will finish the job he has started, and at a reasonble rate. It's a sure bet you will NEVER have to chase after him for an unfinished job. He is quite capable of taking on many different types of projects, around the house/barn or farm. He is a handyman in the truest sense with a wide based knowledge about many things, in general. He's a "Jack of all Trades", I say.
