Purchased a Hayward pump and could not be happier,customer service was great and the pump is so quite.Nice to buy local especially when you need help in this Covid era. Not too mention the after sales service dealing with a small local business.

The 3-hour drive from Ottawa was worth it. Due to Covid-19 most pool supplies stores in Ottawa and surrounding areas dont have in stock the pool liner I need. Surprisingly, they have it!!! Rebecca and Rob are so helpful and accomodating. This will be our first time to change our liner, they gave us useful tips and patiently answered all our questions. Thanks again!!
Good people to deal with but do not leave a message on the phone as it is never returned. 3 times this year!! They need more help in the office I think.
Helpful little place. Picked up some chemicals for my pool and had no idea what i was doing but they were happy to assist and answer any questions I had(I had a few).
