(March 17, 2021, 8:08 pm)I dealt with Derrick a couple of summers ago and he couldn't have been more helpful. A wealth of knowledge and a great operation. I wound up buying mushroom spawn for Oyster and Shitake. Unfortunately things got hectic and I was way late in getting the spawn out and inoculating selected logs with it. Nothing happened that year. This past summer I more or less forgot about my effort and it wasn't until late in the season I noticed the dying and desiccated carcasses of both shitake and oyster mushrooms in their respective locations. This year I am getting my spawn early, putting it to use in a timely manner and looking forward to good crops. A wonderful person to deal with.
