Gone to Ottawa Osteopathy for several things over the years. They've always had very professional and friendly office staff plus their osteopath and massage/physiotherapists are very personable and knowledgeable.

Richard’s knowledge about biomechanics combined with your anatomy makes all the difference. He knows his audience and provides you with the confidence to continue training while paying attention to what will regress you. He is super knowledgeable and the communication he has with his team to make sure you receive the best possible treatment is spot on. I have been working with Richard on a couple long-standing injuries and he then relays any soft tissue focused work to the Massage therapist Erin.
