The analysis and results of the engineering review of our building was extensive, and the results and recommendations were clearly explained. Seasons Consultancy is an absolute pleasure to work with. I hired them for my big basement renovation, and boy was I pleased. I had a big project that involved turning the unfinished basement into over 700 square feet of living space, which included a bedroom, kitchen, full bath and a family room, in addition to storage. Seasons helped with the structural engineering work, and the plumbing work, which was complicated. It involved tearing down walls and breaking concrete to cap old rough-in and create new ones on the opposite end of the basement. Dealing with Moe was absolutely amazing. He is very professional, dedicated, takes his time to listen to your needs and answers your questions and concerns. He always showed up on time and answered my calls, unlike many others in the construction business. He is also very knowledgeable, methodical and meticulous with his work, and is a true professional engineer. And he's not afraid to roll up his sleeves, and get the job done. When it came down to advice on tearing down what I thought was a structural beam, he did his assessment and provided me with sound advice, and I was able to tear it down without worrying about the house falling down! He went above and beyond, and even afforded me advice on layout considerations. Without hesitation, I highly recommend working with Moe, and I will be using Seasons Consultancy for my next project.

Seasons Consultancy is absolutely amazing! We are in the middle of finishing our basement with them and so far the progress has been great. Initially, they patiently provided consultation and drawings of the plan. Once we agreed on the plan, they provided a very competitive quote and so far the progress has been going as planned.
