Tim Hortons

I literally go here every single morning. Staff is really nice. Downside is the litter in the drivethru which is more about the customers but it's pretty bad.

The staff in the morning are always great when I go through the drive through. I think they expect me at this point! The gentleman at the window is always extremely pleasant, as is the gal on the speaker! Only 4 stars though because I keep getting sugar instead of sweetener in my coffee. Folks who can't have sugar can really tell. Mostly because sugar always sits at the bottom of the cups, but it also has a different sweetness. I do not consume ANY sugar, so it's actually harmful to me when it's used instead of sweetener.
Otherwise, I love this stop in the mornings!

Wait times and food quality are on par with other Tim Hortons, but the 5 stars is a credit of the amazing customer service I received from Brandon today.

Many Tim Hortons I have found you can be met with a bit of a rude or “don’t care” attitude, so management should be sure to make Brandon feel appreciated to keep his awesome customer service skills around.

The lady that takes the drive through orders here is amazing! She is fast, accurate and never asks you to repeat what you said. She should be the trainer for all Tim's.
Service here is fast despite the small congested parking lot.
