My snowblower died. Contacted McNeely’s about getting it fixed. They came the next day, picked it up. They called be back saying the snowblower was ready. Paid my bill and they dropped it back. Decent snowstorm yesterday, pumped the gas,pulled the cord. The snowblower sang. It sounded better than the day I got it. Previously got it serviced at a different dealer but it never sounded that good. Really impressed with the service. Awesome job guys. Planning to leave the lawnmower in early spring.

Honest, straight forward and to the point in terms of making a sale. Bought our first snow blower from them. Assembled and delivered on the same day! Thanks guys!

I have been dealing with McNeely's for 30 years. Have always been treated fairly and with respect. I have no complaints. If you take your equipment in for work at the start of winter or spring you will find them quite busy. Maybe because they are good at what they do? I have purchased 2 lawn tractors (20 year old is still running), a string trimmer, a blade trimmer, a chipper, a chain saw (died after 27 years) and will be buying a new chain saw soon.

I have purchased a few things from McNeely’s before, but just lawn mower parts. When I needed a new snowblower last week I went in to see what they had. Unfortunately they were out is stock, but Had some arriving Monday. Chad, the owner, talked me through the different models he was expecting and gave me a fair price. He set the machine up for me and delivered it at no charge on Tuesday. He showed me how to start the machine and operate it and gave me some tips for using it. I may have paid a few dollars more buying from a small business, but I like to support local businesses and I know where to go if something goes wrong with machine. Anyway, overall a great experience and I will definitely use McNeely’s again.
