Mr. Kirschner is fantastic and I would highly recommend him. I was able to get a hold of him by telephone immediately, he had flexible availability that suited me perfectly, he was upfront about the fees (which were reasonable), he was punctual for the appointment, and he did a fantastic job of tuning my piano.
