Dr. Ng is the BEST dentist you will ever have, bar none, and she has the BEST dental team ever! I learned more about my mouth and teeth in my first and second appointments with her than I ever thought possible. When she fitted me for a mouth guard (which she made herself), she took as much time as she needed to meticulously adjust every detail of it until the fit was absolutely perfect. Her dental exams are always gentle but also remarkably thorough and she will always take the time to explain and answer questions, plus the same also holds true for the work of her wonderful hygienists. If you’re looking for a dental practice with an exceptional level of expertise combined with warmth, patience, excellent listening skills and communication skills from every member of the team from the moment you walk through the door, this is the place for you. Thank you Dr. Ng, Samantha, Roxie, Janna, and the rest of the team for such consistently excellent oral care!

Having lived very cautiously since March 2020, was dismayed in May 2021 to break a tooth. So fortunate to have Dr. Ng nearby. Both she and her team provided excellent restorative dental care in a manner that I felt totally safe throughout my visit. They are not only exceptionally competent, but take the time to explain their Covid measures in a calm and reassuring way. Can't recommend her office to current and new patients highly enough.

Dr. Ng said something a long time ago that resonated with me. She said, "I don't want to settle. I strive to always better myself. I want to continually look for ways to improve." I have been working with Dr. Ng for a year and a half now and I can see that she lives by what she said. It shows in how she runs her practice and her meticulous, high quality of care. Dr. Ng constantly educates herself and her team to ensure that her patients receive the best, individualized care. She is great at explaining treatment procedures and making sure that patients understand them. She truly cares about her patients, their comfort and their concerns. Just moved back to Ottawa and Dr. Ng is taking new patients. Unbelievable experience. Root Canal - never felt a thing. Punctual and thorough. All the staff, reception, assistant and Dr. Ng are professional. Free parking ... I hit the jackpot with this practice. Not one negative.
