Elgin Square Apartments

I love going here because my Uncle Steve lives here and I don't get to see him as much as I'd like. He likes it here or else he would have moved in the last 30+ years. 1 strange thing about this building, strange but neat at the same time. The swimming pool is on the TOP floor 17 stories up in the air. Crazy, no? lol

My wife and I have lived here for 4 years and are very pleased with the services of the current management team After all this time, we have had some repairs done recently. The drywall repairs were superb and we love our new floor in the kitchen. The workman have been very professional and are a credit to Paramount. We are looking forward to the pool reopening after the repairs are complete.!

I lived here for 2.5 years and I absolutely recommend the building/management. The apartments are on the pricier side, but you get what you pay for. The building and amenities are always well-maintained, and any maintenance issues are handled quickly.
Everything you could need is within a five-minute walk. Living directly across from the police HQ also means the area is generally super safe.

This was the first apartment my (now) wife and I lived in, so needless to say I loved my time there! It had a great location right on Elgin so you can take advantage of the downtown lifestyle and night life. The building was well kept and had a pool and workout area upstairs - some great features. Eventually we moved out to the burbs but we loved our time here. We would recommend the building!
