They sent over Lance who was outstanding. Not only did he fix the problem I had, but he also gave me tips and answered questions I had about my plumbing situation. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Honestly, he was awesome. Thanks so much for the quick fix.

Dan was phenomenal. We tried to install a sink ourselves before he came to do all the plumbing work but it wasn't correct and he pulled the sink out and fixed the issues. Lesson learned? Some things are left best to professionals. He was so good about making sure it didn't look like it was our fault.
But hands down it was, so double points for customer service.

Repeating here what I spontaneously did say the day of the installation ( on Google ). We were well seved. Professionally, so amicably, so proficiently. We are absolutely elated with the quality of service and thank you for it. We're talking here about a professional by the name of Dan, who had to compose with a fixed overture in a travestine top , not exactly fitting the closest measurement of sink available on the market. 2 pics attached, one showing the oval fixed opening and the second showing how the undermount sink was secured UNDER the travestine counter top.

From the phone team to the time Dan S arrived at our door, everyone was friendly and helpful?
They told us they would be here between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. and Dan arrived promptly at 8:00. We had an issue with our toilet for over a month and tried to fix it ourselves but, alas, to no avail. Dan was presentable, professional, friendly, and courteous.

Dan gave us options and the costs that would go along with each so we could make our decision. He fixed the toilet quickly and told us to call him if there were any problems. We loved the service we got from Dan.

When I initially called, the phone team was super friendly and professional. She got me in touch with Miguel right away, and he reached out to arrange an appointment time. Miguel was great. He showed up on time, was professional, clean, and explained everything to me very clearly. He did a great job of tidying up when he was done as well.

This was our second time using one of your plumbers, and both times we were provided great service. We will definitely use your services in the future.
