Always helpful and knowledgeable. I'm just a guy fixing tools and appliances around my house, but GBS is always willing to spend the time with me figuring out what I need. A terrific source!

Great Ottawa institution. I would recommend, however, updating the GBS website. It would save me and the GBS staff time and effort if I could browse the product availability online.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable bunch here--they were more than happy to sell me a couple envelopes of tiny ball bearings for my motorcycle. They have just about every bearing under the sun, and what they don't have in stock they can usually get you right quick--big or small. Chain hoists and other heavy gear in stock, too. If you need bearings, you'd be silly to try anyplace else first.
