Mariya and Ahmad have been incredible to deal with. They helped my father get settled into his new home. They made him feel so welcomed, they were attentive to his needs.
I personally dealt with both of them as well to help out my elderly father and they were also great. I highly recommend them if you're searching for your next place. The building is very clean, 1 bedroom are very spacious and the location is fantastic. Thank you Mariya and Ahmad for everything you have done for our family.

Clean and peaceful residential building, well taken care of by great staff, especially Ahmed and Mariya, we greatly appreciate how much they helped us settle in and just feel at home.

PS: management always makes sure all residents are well informed and aware of any changes or inspections

Maryam is an amazing landlord and person, very helpful and hard working. As long as her and Betty are at Killam I highly recommend.
