Eli et al. have seen me now for over 5 years. I've sent numerous friends and everyone has the same feedback about Eli. He's extremely knowledgeable and always seems to solve the problems quickly. After your first visit, it's easy to draw the conclusion he's one of the best in his field.

I had a Hawkins type 2 talus ankle fracture + displacement. Eli did an extraordinary job helping me with my physio. Less than 1 year following the break, I am jogging, walking without a limp and doing everything back to normal. The doctor at the Ottawa civic said my recovery has been possibly the best he’s ever seen. I owe a lot of my recovery to Eli. Thank you. 6/5 stars if I could.

I have nothing but positive things to say about First Step Physio. Eli is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I have damaged discs that cause migraines and pain. Eli is the only medical professional that I've seen in the last 10 years who has helped make a significant and lasting improvement to my health and quality of life. Kim is very friendly and hospitable, the offices are clean and modern, and their online booking system is a breeze. Highly recommend!

The BEST physiotherapist you will find anywhere! He has saved me from shoulder surgery on a couple of occasions. He is very friendly and professional and is truly passionate about movement and the human body. I cannot say enough positive things about this clinic! Kim at the front desk is lovely to chat with while you wait to start your treatment. Everyone needs an Eli in their life to stay healthy and moving!

First Step Physio is outstanding! I've seen many other physiotherapist in the past with no success. After receiving my first session with Eli, I was on the route to recovery immediately. I will never go anywhere else. The receptionist is very friendly and makes delicious complimentary coffee. The clinic is very clean and private.
