Every experience I've had here was magical and I've became a much better human because of this daily practice.

One of the best parts is that after the class, there is time to speak with the teacher and ask questions about the material you just learned. It really helps to make you feel that you are taking something with you. I recommend this place to anyone who is interested in learning more about Buddhism.

It doesn't matter if you're religious or spiritual, Joyful Land provides practical classes on meditation and mindfulness that can be applied to your every day life. I always leave every class feeling full of light and love. Give one class a try and you'll be pleasantly surprised.
