We had our central vac breakdown over the holidays at a super inconvenient time. We ran over to John and he immediately worked with us to help repair it, saving us a lot of money and even giving us a larger motor in the vac. He was extremely helpful and incredibly timely, best service we ever got on an appliance!! Thanks John!!
I highly recommend this repair shop as he is absolutely so honest. I went one hour ago with my Tyson vacuum the motor of which no longer worked. The person, a young pleasant man, asked me to wait to that he could test it. IT WORKED! He explained to me that the vacuum just needed cleaning, which I could do myself or he could to it for a minimun price. I just could not believe how honest and pleasnt the person was. With a service like that, one can trust the work
VacShack has refurbished two of our vacuum cleaners and did a great job - both have worked as good as new and have not needed further repairs! We get all our vacuum cleaner bags there and got new attachments for our Miele too. Great service, quick and friendly.
I was looking for a high quality vacuum cleaner, as I have two high shedding dogs, and the owner was very knowledgeable and helpful. He directed me to the German made SEBO brand, and pointed out all the reasons why it's a great vacuum. His shipments have been affected with covid, but he called me within days to tell me he got the one I wanted in stock. I haven't needed to use him for maintenance yet, but I've heard great things from the people that referred me to his store.
It's been over 20 years since I've needed service at Vac Shack since their vacuums last so long. I was treated like a King when I needed to replace our old beater bar and have a switch fixed on the hose. What also impresses me is the fact that the central vac - The Soliroc 2000 - just keeps ticking after 28 years of use. Thanks guys!
