Canadian Blood Services: Plasma Donor Centre

First time donating here today. Staff were wonderful and answered all my questions. I will come back on a regular basis. Would be nice if more young people came too.

Wonderful new and modern facility. The staff are all incredible and I look forward to each donation to visit this location again and again.

This is an amazing experience for plasma donation. I have donated here half a dozen times now and the staff are wonderful. It is a very welcoming and friendly group of employees that make the experience awesome.

They are all very professional but conduct themselves in a relaxed way that helps put people at ease. I hope this never changes as it’s the best blood donation experiences I’ve had.

This has by far been the best experience I have had at a donor centre since I started donating blood/plasma last year. I went on July 30th. The team was outstanding. They were: kind, courteous and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend donating your plasma here. Patrick and Sura stood out for me. I was even offered a blanket and they would come over to see if I was comfortable or needed anything. I will be going back on August 11th.
