The easiest way that I can summarize what David did for my business is that he's saved me 10-15 minutes every day for the rest of my career! That's not a glamorous way of stating it, but when I think of the countless hours that totals up over time it's invaluable to me!
I'm a Realtor, but David's service is applicable and valuable to a wide range of businesses. David made me examine the processes, both internal and client facing, that I use for my business, and found efficiencies that reduced the chance of errors and miscommunications, as well as duplication of work. The end result:
- I have more time in my week, which I can spend with my family, serving my existing clients or generating more business depending on my requirements.
- My workflows (in this instance, for my listings) are standardized the way that I like them done, and can be replicated easily by my assistant or other team members.
- My processes are highly organized and professional, which my clients can see, becoming a differentiator among my competition.
