The staff at this location have always been very good to us. They are wonderful with my kids...willing to answer any of their questions, talk to them about their interests (Pokemon, one piece, etc) and generally are helpful and kind.

The employee was very helpful and kind. She changed her language to french when she noticed we were francophone. How curteous of her. Rarely does this happen. Great service overall.

Staff actually came up to greet and ask how's it going. I'm surprised they cared. They had an ok sale going on. There's not too many gaming options in Orleans so this is probably a good place to start if you're looking for something. They are starting to have more toys there than games now. Maybe it's time to change the name of the store.

Very helpful service. They have a lot of merchandise as well as games. I find that their prices for used video games is still a bit High. #localguide
