I took my guitar for setup and was really amazed. I dropped off my guitar and when I picked it up the next day, I could not believe that it was my guitar. The action on the neck was an excellent feel. I wish I knew this place before. I am very much satisfied. Excellent job. My highest recommendations to this place.

I highly recommend this place. I visited this place with the intention of checking some guitars after reading Google reviews. Here is my experience. As soon as I entered the shop, I was welcomed to try as many guitars. They made me feel comfortable by giving me a chair and an amp to try the guitars. One thing I noticed is that this place is completely different from others. They provide excellent customer service. Also, they are very knowledgeable with guitars. I was also astonished by the variety and range of quality guitars that would cater from low budget to high end guitars. I did go and visit this shop for few days before making a purchase. Finally, I got to know the owner. He is a humble and courteous gentleman. One more thing I feel worthy of mentioning is that on every visit of mine, although I didn't buy anything, they were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, experts in what they do and always made me feel comfortable and welcomed at this place. Overall, I was treated as a human, without any prejudice or judging at my appearance. Finally, I bought Lava Me 3 at this place. Then, I verified the product online and found it was genuine. The guitar is excellent in condition, looks, feel and sound. Hence, I highly recommend this place.

This place is amazing. It has a wide range of guitars available. I had an opportunity to try few guitars that I liked. In my opinion, the owner is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous person with lot of expertise. He shared few useful tips too. This is one of a kind - must visit place.

I've dealt with Gray's a few times now and I've always gotten amazing service. They do such a good job at fixing up any guitar, both tuning and repairing. The reason I'm giving 5 stars is also because of the amazing selection of guitars they have! You'll find stuff here that you won't find anywhere else.
