Medigas

I was recently prescribed a CPAP machine, and chose Medigas as my provider for this service. I had contacted 2 providers (another company as well as Medigas) and I found Medigas to be the most proactive and responsive on that crucial initial contact.

Throughout the past month, I have been more than satisfied with their level of professionalism and follow up, particularly in the early part of the CPAP journey, which I am told is often a frustrating and demotivating one. They fitted me with a trial machine which i am still using, and provided explanations as to how things would progress, and where I could contribute to my success.

Both Beverly and Guillaume have been very supportive and encouraging, and I am thankful that I was not left to find my way without guidance. I ended up trying 3 different masks, at their suggestion, and now feel that I have found the right one for me.

I received regular check ins and benefitted from the data that the machine was sending back to them, such as apnea times, mask leak rates and so on. The coaching was invaluable to me, confirming my own impressions and allowing me to make informed decisions on how best to move forward.

I am thankful that I have received the level of support that I needed to get me started with a CPAP machine and feel confident that I will be able to continue to successfully use the machine to achieve better sleep.

Francine Lacroix is a sleep apnea pro. My average events per hour was 8.5. I knew there was something wrong. I came to see Ms. Lacroix. She changed settings on my CPAP machine and brought the figures down to an average of 2.3 sleep apnea events per night.
