Beautifullly designed building, excellent staff. Easy access to medical imaging in a hospital like setting- away from the hospital

Truly a French community. Clean and friendly staff. Due to COVID, staff do not prefer to interact with anyone more than needed so don't get disappointed on service.

They have good service but expect long wait times.

Had a visit for x-ray after my COVID swap, and had to wait an hour for someone to take care of me. Al and all, am happy with the way hospital works.

Great experience, building is a beautiful first class facility new for 2021. It was clean, well designed. Staff were very friendly and guided me to where I needed to be gracefully. Dr. Legault is helpful, easy to talk to and has completed 2 procedures for me over the last year. Finally and most notably, I called and had an appointment booked for the very next day - unheard of.

I went in today to see a specialist for my back pain.
As soon as I walked in the 1st lady immediately insisted that I remove my mask and use a disposable one from a box on the counter.
I obliged even though the masks were not separated and it’s very likely other visitors may have touched any mask in the box.
My temperature was not taken.
I then went to the next counter while a volunteer checked my appointment and walked me to the right section. They are all very nice.
It’s a beautiful brand new Health Hub with Specialists, Imaging, Mental Health and a Ontario Medical Supply Store.
Very nice washrooms with a large separate handicap washroom.
