The Ottawa HVAC team were so great to work with! After finding out we needed a new furnace and AC unit, Amy was quick to answer our questions and get us in touch with Jim to figure out our options and what we actually needed for our home. Pricing and details on the products were provided right away and all questions were answered making us feel good with our decision to move forward with this HVAC company. A big shout out to the technicians, Cody and Joseph, who spent a whole day getting the job done, on an extremely hot day none the less. Had a great experience with this company for my rental properties A/C maintenance and installation. Support this local business people. The owner Jim is honest, his daughter also works for the business and is quick to help. His technician was also on time and quick to diagnose and fix the issue. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
