I've been on Sean's mailing list for years, and he has never been pushy about trying to drum up business. He stays in touch by sending over information that he thinks I may be interested in. When I reached out about renewing my mortgage, he was extremely responsive and the process to take in my details was unbelievably easy and painless. By comparison, I asked the institution that already had my business for the same, and it was noticeably more difficult and actually somewhat inconvenient. In the end, Sean and team got me a better rate than I could find anywhere else. When I signed the final papers with the lender, she asked me how I got that rate - said she couldn't offer that to her customers. That made me feel AMAZING!
