I had Rest Easy as a property manager for a rental apartment from 2012-2021. For the entire time they were professional, prompt, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend them!

Rest Easy has been managing my rental property since 2014. They completely handled everything about listing the property for rent and then screening the prospective tenants. Once a tenant was found, Rest Easy would take care of all communications with the tenant, collect rent and provide me with detailed monthly/yearly statements. For someone who is not handy like myself, Rest Easy made sure the property was in good condition and would handle all the repairs and appliance breakdowns with their great network of trusted contractors while keeping me in the loop every step of the way. Rest Easy is truly a godsend for a neophyte rental property owner like myself. Highly recommended.

I have been a client of Rest Easy Property Management for about 2 years. Scott and his team have done an amazing job! The whole process was very smooth. Scott gave it to me straight when we were signing the contract. He came to visit the property and went over the whole contract with me in detail before signing. He very easily placed ads for the property, did walk throughs and was able to find an excellent tenant. The team has excellent communication and good network of contractors that are able to do work at subsidized prices. A few times they did the work for free (my tenant needed new bulbs for some appliances and they went out of their way to buy the bulbs and deliver them to the tenants free of cost). Their prices are very fair and I couldn't recommend them more. Nothing beats small business customer service and I would choose them over a big name property management company any day.
