I’ve found a winner in this company. They were responsive, on-time and HONEST. The quality of work was exactly what you would want and Randy went above and beyond to diagnose the problem and find a solution. I will be recommending this company to my family and friends.

The service received from RTP Plumbing was amazing. It was easy to book an appointment by phone and the appointment was confirmed by email. Randy showed up on time. In fact, he called to say he could come early if that would be ok with with us.

He installed a bathroom faucet and replaced a hose bib in the garage which was leaking. Everything works perfectly. Randy was polite and had a great sense of humour. A great experience.

I would not hesitate to recommend RTP Plumbing and we will certainly be using them again for all our plumbing needs.

Fair prices, professional and polite staff (both over the phone and in person), got the job done early and even went the extra mile to fix a leaking toilet while they were here. Randy arrived 25 minutes earlier to scheduled appointment. Investigated the issue and promptly pinpointed the problem causing the leak. He removed the toilet causing the issue as I watched. He pointed out that the pipe under the toilet was cut in 4 places causing the leak. His recommendation were to replace the pipe and seal around the problem area and also seal around the sewage pipe in the basement. He had to honour other appointments but promised to come back later with required parts to finish the work. He again arrived early and completed the repairs within an hour. He cleaned the work area and left it dry. At all times was professional and polite. I requested a detailed report of the damage and repairs done and he supplied it within a couple of hours. He did a great job. 👍👍

On time and efficient work. Very reasonable price. We did not make it easy for him but he left with all issues solved. He was honest, approachable and clearly qualified. I will call him first in the future! Thank you so much.
