It was probably 15 years old or so and over the years was sinking :~( I contacted René, the owner and he came right over the next day. He told me he could solve our problem and gave us a price that seemed very fair. His team came over on a Friday and finished the job the next day. They had the equipment needed and raised the room back to its original position, installed steel beams and the right kind of helix foundation supports so the room will never sink again. Magical! We are so happy with the workmanship and prompt service we received from René and the team at Ultimate Foundations Repairs.
