Since the beginning, Valerie has been an absolute gem with myself and my co-signer. As a first time homebuyer, I obviously had many questions, and Valerie was always happy to answer or get back to me. She was never annoyed with my questions, and never made me feel like my questions were invalid. She was on top of everything we’ve needed from the start, and until the end she has made sure that everything was ready for the Notary and that every detail was checked twice.
