Brigil Center Park

I just moved to Center Park. I am taken aback by the superb atmosphere, amazing amenities and who can beat the modern suites with WiFi and Cable included in the rent! Derrik our buildings manager is the BEST! He made me feel at home. Always happy to see you and asking if everything is okay. My smoke alarm malfuntioned and he was at my door before I could say boo. Within minutes our super friendly technician J.P arrived to repair it. In 19 years renting, I never had such amazing service. BRIGIL is the renters dream. ♡

This is a great place to live! There are many amenities in the building. Very convenient location for transit, groceries, etc. Building is quiet and well-maintained. Very happy with the management. Highly recommend !

This new apartment building is amazing! The units are very modern, simple and clean. The building offers many amenities such as in-suite laundry, a gym, rooftop patio area, lounge common area etc. On top of everything, Venessa has made this place really feel welcoming and she helps make it your home. She's beyond helpful and really cares for her tenants. Her sunshine personality, respectability and attentiveness for everyone in the building creates a very positive environment. Overall, it has been a great place to live and I would highly recommend it!

I moved in back in February of 2021. So far no complaints! The building and units are beautiful. The staff are always helpful and responsive especially Vanessa! She helped me coordinate my move and was kind enough to receive packages and furniture for me before i could officially move in! All in all it’s been a great place to live so far with great people!
