Dr Clean Air

Scheduling needs some serious work. I "booked" online but turns out that just notifies them to call you. Thankfully I had called to confirm my "appointment" because I wasn't scheduled in. Once I was scheduled in, my appointment was rescheduled twice without notice.
I booked for duct cleaning ($199 special) and was upsold on the antibacterial spray as well and I'm happy with the results. Some rooms had a thin coat of dust everywhere after the technicians left.. not sure if that's normal for duct cleaning. William seemed very knowledgable and professional. Overall, it was ok.

Had our ducts cleaned in our new home, we were VERY PLEASED with William's team! Service was great, and professional staff.
We also upgraded/paid for sanitization spray to disinfect our home considering everyone is spending more time indoors now.

William and Mike were extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable, they cleaned the vents and ducts thoroughly and even sent us pictures of what it looked like before the cleaning.
We opted for the sanitizer because we own an older home; we do feel a difference in the quality of air in our home. My son has allergies and he has been doing great since the cleaning.

William was amazing- detail oriented, caring and went above and beyond to make sure that our ducts and furnace was working properly. Additional work had to be done once the crew was onsite, because our furnace and pipes had not been properly serviced before we bought our house- and additional work was honestly priced, done super quickly and with a smile. Totally professional and careful about our house, and our health. I really can't recommend this company highly enough. I would definitely hire them again!
